About me

Hi there.
My name is Kim MacKechnie. I was born and raised in Glasgow, Scotland (with the accent to prove it)
I arrived in Australia in 1992 and became a proud Australian 10 years later. I have called the stunning Northern Beaches home since then. When I’m not marrying lovers, I teach yoga and work at a local yoga studio.

My decision to become a marriage celebrant comes largely from my own love story. When I met the love of my life everything changed forever. It gives me so much joy to be surrounded by love. I feel honoured and privileged to be able to officially marry humans who have found the love of their life and want to celebrate it!
I am friendly, little bit funny and easily excitable. I love to laugh and look after people. I try to be loving and kind in all things.
